If you are encountering a 999 Error when trying to use the in-game cash shop, you may need to lower Internet Explorer's privacy settings to allow cookies. To lower your privacy settings, open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and select "Internet Options." From there, click the Privacy tab. You can now lower the setting scale to Medium-High. Click "Apply" and try accessing the in-game cash shop again.
